Here's a 1950s glam hat if there ever was one! The base is rich dark navy blue velvet with rhinestone trim and built in veil. It is in excellent condition, netting worn, but fine. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned.
